Golfers trusting their games to Titleist golf balls continue to triumph around the globe, as five more players on the Worldwide Professional Golf Tours entered the winner's circle this weekend. Headlining the action, C.T. Pan captured his first PGA TOUR title, trusting the New 2019 Pro V1x and a TS2 driver to win the traditional Tartan Jacket at the RBC Heritage.
With additional victories on the LPGA, Web.com, Champions and Korean tours, players trusting their games to a Titleist golf ball have now collected 51 wins across the worldwide professional tours. That's nearly five times the nearest competing brand with just 11 and more than all competing brands combined.
Let’s take a closer look at this past week’s Titleist tour highlights…

C.T. Pan (New Pro V1x, TS2/9.5 driver) earned his first career PGA TOUR title with a come-from-behind victory at the RBC Heritage.
The 27-year-old from Taiwan, who won twice on the 2015 PGA TOUR Canada-Mackenzie Tour after turning professional, closed with a 4-under-par 67 en route to a 12-under 272 victory total, one shot clear of his nearest competitor.
Pan is now just the second golfer from Taiwan to win a PGA Tour title, following Chen Tze-chung (T.C. Chen), who won the Los Angeles Open in 1987.
"I'm sure this will be, hopefully, big news, back home," Pan said. "The golf course I practice at, the people that have supported me in my golf career. I think this is a great news for them back home. It will be a big celebration, hopefully."
Titleist Brand Ambassadors Patrick Cantlay [New 2019 Pro V1x golf ball, 917 D2 driver (9.5°), 915 F fairway metal (15°), 816 H2 hybrid (21°), 718 AP2 (4-PW) irons, Vokey Design SM5 sand (54.10 S Grind), SM6 sand (56.08 M Grind), SM7 lob (62.08 L Grind) wedges, Scotty Cameron GSS putter] and Scott Piercy [Pro V1, New TS4 driver (8.5°) , 718 AP2 (4) and 680 (5-PW) irons, Vokey Design SM6 gap (52.12 F Grind), sand (56.08 M Grind) and prototype lob (62.04 T Grind) wedges, Scotty Cameron GoLo putter] were among three players tied for third place at 10-under par.
Cantlay switched the New Pro V1x at the WGC-Dell Match Play. In his first two stroke play events with the new golf ball, Cantlay tied for 9th at the Masters, where he closed with a 64-68 on the weekend, followed by a T-3 at this week’s RBC Heritage.
Piercy put the new Titleist TS4 driver in play for the first time in competition this week. According to Titleist Tour Representative Jim Curran, Piercy “loved the speed and spin reduction he was getting. He stayed in the 8.5° loft, but moved to a B2 SureFit setting that provided the preferred face angle and spin rate he was seeking.” Piercy led the field in Greens in Regulation for the week, hitting 51 of 72 for a 70.83 percent clip.
Pan topped a leaderboard on which 12 of the 15 players who finished among the top 10 and ties played a Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x for his success.
Titleist was once again the most popular golf ball choice among players at the RBC Heritage, with 75% of players in the 132-man field (99 players) trusting a Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf ball, nearly seven times the nearest competitor with 11% (15 players) and more than all other competitor brand golf balls combined.
Titleist also topped the driver category, with 38 Titleist models in play. Of those Titleist drivers, 34 were TS models (TS2 - 12 | TS3 - 21 | TS4 - 1).
Titleist was also the #1 choice among players in fairway metals (tied 1st - 45), hybrids (21) and irons (41). Vokey Design Wedges also topped the approach, sand and lob wedge category with 185 Vokey models in play.

Brooke Henderson | New 2019 Pro V1 - LOTTE Championship
Brooke Henderson (New 2019 Pro V1) closed with a steady round of 2-under-par 70 in windy conditions at Ko Olina on Oahu in Hawaii, en route to successfully defending her LOTTE Championship title.
Starting the final round tied at 14-under, Henderson’s 16-under 272 victory total was four shots clear of runner-up and fellow New 2019 Pro V1 player Eun Hee Ji. Ariya Jutanugarn (New 2019 Pro V1x) tied for 3rd place, another shot back.
The win is the first of the season for the 21-year old and the eighth of her LPGA Tour career. The eight victories ties her with Sandra Post, Mike Weir and George Knudson as the Canadians with the most LPGA or PGA Tour victories.
"It's really amazing to even be mentioned in the same sentence as Mike Weir, George, and Sandra,” Henderson said. “This week was really special. I always love coming to Hawaii. Last year was such an incredible week for me, to be able to hoist that trophy for the first time. To get the eighth career win on the LPGA Tour, is just surreal and really amazing."
The LOTTE Championship field included 118 Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x players — that’s 82% of the field or more than 4 of every 5 players — and nearly 15 times more than the nearest competitor with 8 (6%).
Henderson’s win marks the seventh for Titleist golf ball players through the first nine LPGA Tour events this season.
