- Playing a Pro V1x Left Dash golf ball, TSi3 driver and bag full of Titleist equipment, Ben Cook finished T-44 to earn low Club Professional honors.
- Cook, the Director of Instruction at Yankee Springs Golf Course in Wayland, Mich., playing in his third consecutive PGA Championship, made the cut on the number after rolling in a par putt from just over 7 feet on Friday afternoon.
- He followed a 3-under 69 Saturday with a 74 on Sunday to finish the week at 4 over, right among some of golf’s biggest names.
- Brad Marek, a PGA Professional at Corica Park, Alameda, Calif., playing in his first PGA Championship, also made the cut, playing NEW Pro V1.

LPGA | Pure Silk Classic
The winner of the Pure Silk Classic played a NEW Titleist Pro V1x golf ball to earn her first victory on the LPGA, leading a 1-through-15 finish for Titleist golf ball players.
- Her closing 3-under 68 – which included an eagle on the par-5 15th and birdie on the par-4 16th – earned her the two-shot victory over Moriya Jutanugarn (NEW Pro V1x).
- With the win, she also qualified for the upcoming U.S. Women’s Open.
- Of the six players who finished T-5 or better, five played a NEW Pro V1x golf ball model.
- Titleist golf ball players have now won nine of the first 10 events this season.

Titleist Brand Ambassador Cameron Young – playing a NEW Pro V1 golf ball, TSi3 driver and Scotty Cameron Phantom X 11 putter among his full bag of Titleist equipment – became the first player since 2018 to complete a wire-to-wire victory on the Korn Ferry Tour.
- Young was the only player to post four rounds in the 60s (64-69-68-68), holding off a charging Dawie van der Walt (NEW Pro V1) who birdied five of his last six holes, for the two-shot victory.
- Every player in the Top 10 teed up a Titleist golf ball.
- Young entered the 2020-21 Korn Ferry season without any status. In July, he Monday-qualified into the Pinnacle Bank Championship where he finished T-11. Over the next three weeks, he posted finishes of T-14, T-6 and T-2 to earn Special Temporary Membership.
- Only Young, Will Zalatoris and Davis Riley have earned Special Temporary Membership over the past two seasons.
- With Sunday’s breakthrough win, Young moved to No. 26 on the KFT Points List, with the Top 25 at the end of the season earning a PGA TOUR card.

Shaun Norris (Pro V1x) earned his fifth-career Japan Tour title in six years, emerging from an all-Titleist playoff with Scott Vincent (NEW Pro V1x) and Tomoharu Otsuki (Pro V1).
- Norris opened the event with a 10-under 60, followed by consecutive rounds of 68.
- He posted a Sunday 63 to make the playoff, which he won with a par on the second extra hole.
AMATEUR | NCAA Men’s Regionals
Titleist was the top choice of players across all equipment categories at the six NCAA men’s regional tournaments, with players trusting Titleist to individual victories at four of the sites.
- The winner of the Tallahassee Regional played a NEW Pro V1 golf ball, while the winner of the Stillwater Regional trusted Pro V1x Left Dash.
- The winner of the Nashville Regional played a NEW Pro V1x golf ball, TSi3 9.0° driver, TSi3 15.0° fairway, U500 3-iron, T100 4-9 irons, Vokey Design SM8 (46°, 50°, 56°, WedgeWorks 60°) wedges.
- The winner of the Noblesville Regional played a NEW Pro V1 golf ball, TSi2 9.0° driver, TS2 16.5° fairway, 620 CB 4-9 irons, Vokey Design SM8 (46, 50, 54, 60) wedges and Scotty Cameron 009M putter.
AMATEUR | NCAA Women’s Championship
At the NCAA Women’s Championship, which is currently being played at Grayhawk GC in Scottsdale, Ariz., Titleist is the overwhelming golf ball of choice with 97 percent (128 of 132 players) of the field choosing a Pro V1, Pro V1x or Pro V1x Left Dash golf ball.
- The leader heading into Monday’s final round of stroke play is teeing up a NEW Pro V1.
- Titleist is also the top choice in wedges and putters (T-1).
