Where is it? 

The Rocco Forte Open is being hosted at Verdura Golf Club in Sicily, this is a new addition for the European International Schedule. It will be played as a composite course combining holes from the venue's two 18 hole Championship courses, the East and West, measuring 7217 yards with a par 71.

Verdura Golf Club is known for its spectacular views with arguably one of the most dramatic finishes in world tournament golf, with the final six holes running adjacent to the coast set against the back drop of the Mediterranean sea. 

Who's going well? 

Titleist Brand Ambassador Michael Hoey is top of the leaderboard after round 1 with an flawless round of 61 (-10) putting his trust in the ProV1x. Hot of his toes fellow Titleist Brand Ambassador Zander Lombard also carding a flawless round but just finished one short with 62 (-9) trusting the Pro V1. 

Titleist by Numbers:

At this week's European Tour event, 76% of the field trusted in the Titleist Pro V1 or Pro V1x to make a difference in their game. Therefore out of a field of 156 people, 118 players teed up a Titleist.
