Wow... That was quite the closing day for a Major Tournament. I was on the edge of my seat for most of the round. The back and forth on the first 5 holes was unbelievable. I don't think one could have scripted it any better ! That is a few big wins for the "old guys" this year. Absolutely thrilled for Phil and his historic win !!! I can't wait to see what happens next this season :)

One of the better PGA Championships. Nice win for the old guys.

Read our newspaper sports section this morning (Charleston News and Courier) and they are calling Phil's PGA win the great sports event ever in South Carolina. Folks down here are pretty excited over him winning. Personally think they got a little too excited when the ambushed him and Brooks on 18 on Sunday. Do not think people realize how dangerous that is for the golfers. Phil was a gentleman in his assessment of that situation, as always. Very proud to see him win at the Ocean Course. We have had some great matches down there. The 1991 Ryder Cup, The 2011 Senior PGA Championships, The 2012 PGA Championships, and Two World Cups. We are very proud of the tradition and history of the Dye course what it has to offer in the future. It is a great course for players but difficult for the patrons to follow with all the sand dunes and a bit expensive with $16 beers. Have played the course many many times and she never lets me down. Lowest round, 78. With respect.
