Nope. Whether you buy direct or through your local shop, you still have to add the clubs manually to your profile. Your local course might even throw in a free round of golf or other small perks if you use them for your purchases. Titleist has run a 4-for-3 deal on premium golf balls, usually in the spring. That's pretty much all you will see in the way of discounts and it is available to everyone so no tiered rewards program.

Hey Mathew... I guess it really depends on your local pro and how busy your pro shop is. I have had varous experiences with different club pros over the years. Your club may give you a small discount or some other perk, but you may also get caught in some delays in ordering. I have had some bad experiences as well as some good ones ordering through my club pro over the years. My latest purchase was direct from Titleist, and the delivery was seamless and very quick. Plus, if I wanted to follow up I knew exactly who to contact directly from the manufacturer without the middle man. As Dale noted - there is no points system with Titleist so who you order from really depends on your relationship with your local shop and their relationship with Titleist...
