  1. What shaft should I put in there?

If you're in a senior shaft, I don't see the reason for a 13.5 degree fairway loft. Consult your fitter though.

    Hey Ben,
I highly recommend finding a Titleist Fitting Specialist near you and conduct a fitting with them! My fellow fitter will dial you in on exactly what shaft is best for you. Hope this helps!

I think you need a very light shaft in 50 or 55g. But for a 13.5* fw you definitely need enough swing and ball speed to get the ball in the air. Might work from tee as a mini driver.

See a fitter for sure, but for me a higher loft and a lighter shaft works great. A 40 gram Senior shaft in all my woods, as a matter of fact.

40 - 50 gram shaft would be a good start- too many shaft/shaft profiles to recommend without knowledge of your swing. Unless you have had good results at this loft you may have issues with getting appropriate trajectory so fiitting session is your best first step.

    Hey Ben,
Have a follow up to your question. I have recently been able to hit the new TSR2+, 13 head. I highly recommend seeing your local Titleist Fitter in Sept when they are available for public fitting. Yes, the head is 13 degrees but it has been designed to launch higher and it doesn’t disappoint. I’ve recently conducted Titleist Staff fittings and some have launched this head as high as their drivers. Hope this helps and you get a chance to hit it soon!

Are you using the 13.5 TSi2 off the deck or off the tee? Perhaps both?

For a senior flex, there may be only two current options from Titleist that won’t cost you an up charge…the Adila Ascent and the Kuro Kage Black

I learned that loft is my friend and I am a senior but do hit the ball a little farther than the average senior. I really like the Fujikura Speeder shafts and still have the speed to move the ball with these shafts in my TSi2 15* and TSi3 11.5*. All my shafts are stiff with my D, F, and H's and regular in my irons (True Temper AMT Red R300). Have always gotten fitted for my all Titleist clubs, by Titleist certified fitter. At soon to be 76 (Sept 10th) I use the TSi2 off the deck and off the tee, when I need a reliable soft draw around 210-220 off the tee. Actually prefer my 818H 18* off the deck. My current shaft in my driver is an upcharge, Fujikura Speeder 661 TR S. Really makes a difference. Was worth it.
