Hi all, I’ve had to cancel a fitting at St Ives that I’d paid for due to having issues with my knees that mean I have a rheumatology review pending. I couldn’t see a way to contact via telephone and there’s no refund option?

Any ideas on how I sort this, if necessary I can push back fitting for a few months but now that option has gone with the clunky booking system
