    Scratch player here and qualified for US Senior Amateur the past two years. I just watched a comprehensive iron fitting in the UK on YouTube on grass where they utilized Trackman and they tested the T100, T150 and T200 against his MB gamers. I’ve worn out my Apex CF16s and looking to replace. Last year I bought T150s at Club Champion. Liked the head, but the shaft was not for me and sold them. I really don’t want to go back to hitting of mats in a simulator and am looking for the nearest comprehensive Titleist fitter who utilizes Trackman off grass. I live in Virginia Beach and the basic fitting day is not going to get it for me. Willing to make appointment and drive, whether SC, NC or MD. Any knowledge?

    At your level, you are correct that mats do not transfer to turf interaction.

    There are Titleist sponsored fitters that schedule fitting days at local courses. They will be found under fittings on the top of this webpage. There is a $100 fee to schedule an hour that can be applied to a purchase that day through the sponsoring club. They are very good at listening to you and your expectations and will check what you can do with your current clubs. The shaft selection is broad. I didn’t check your location for sessions, if none are currently listed, that should change over the next 4 weeks in your area. Just confirm the fitting will be outdoors. You can put in other cities you are willing to travel to. The suggestions tend to limit to 50 miles. DC and Raleigh fittings wouldn’t appear from a Tidewater, VA search.

    Other alternatives are selecting a Premier fitter on the fitting page. The ultimate fitting experience would be at Manchester Lane in Acushnet, MA.
