Has anybody else been loving the new prov1s? I liked then so much I just stocked up and bought 20 dozen of them. That should last for a long long time right?
  2. Are they really that good? I havent tried them yet, but they sound like a good golf ball.

Yes, they are really that good. I like the ProV1x
  4. I've been playing the Pro V1 for years. Every time they release one, it just keep getting better and better.

the new prov1 is awesome - surprised that more touring pros don't use them.  I have four dozen and I rarely loose golf balls so I think I'll have them for quite some time.

Ha, same here. My stockpile should last forever but I'll probably end up giving some to my fellow mates as gifts or if they run out.

I love the new Pro-V1X.  Question to all of you though.....being OCD about ball performance, how many of you go to a new ball after the 1st nine?

I try to use a brand new ball almost every time I play, but I do not go to a new one for the back nine.  I have used a Titleist for 3 or 4 rounds and it's just as good when I retire it as when I first teed it up.

I don't know about you guys, but I am brutal to a golf ball.  I intentionally place a lot of spin on it and have an avg distance of 290+ on my drives.  I have a 4 HCP and no matter how "nice" I am to the ball, it looks beat to death after the 1st nine.  My shag bag is full of practice pro-v1's now.

I personally don't play tour balls because they cause shanks and slices.  I play a Warbird 2.0 because I get distance and control.  Use whats best for you, but I use a Pro V1 occasionally
