I recently bought some "reconditioned" NXT Tour golf balls from Knetgolf. I've noticed that the dimple patterns are not the same. Some of the balls do not sound the same off of the putter. Is it possible this is because the NXT Tour balls change over the years? I have a suspicion some of the balls are not NXT Tour balls or are painted cheap balls. Is there any way to tell positivily identify the balls as NXT Tours? I am willing to send a dozen to the Titleist Staff.

I agree   Reconditioned ball are like  playing with  practice balls   you don't know how they will respond

Possible the the dimples being  coated changes the flight pattern   and it's impossible to tell the age of the ball

I wouldn't play a Reconditioned ball again     The reason they cost less      they are worthless....

The dimple patterns do change over the years. You don't know the history behind those types of balls, One could be brand new and one could have been at the bottom of a pond for two years.

I would only fill a shag bag with them and maybe not even that.
