I would buy the ProV1 if it was offered in yellow or orange. On some very bright days in early morning or late afternoon, there is so much glare that it is difficult to see a white ball even if it is 10 yards in front of you in the fairway. I don't like losing a $4 ball or having to spend extra time looking for it just because it is only available in white.

What if Pro V1 was a special order ball? And you could order it in yellow

I too would order the Pro V1 in yellow. I purchased my Pro V's throught he loyalty program this past season. I was planing on doing the same this season. An option to order them in Yellow would be AWESOME!!

Personally, I would most likely not use a yellow ball but I think it would look pretty cool on a new pro v!

Chris M replied to Re: Yellow ProV series in Golf Balls. Don O - Just turned 50 and I prefer a yellow ball to a white one. I agree with your income point. In addition, mature golfers' eyesight tends to deteriorate over time. Why not make a premium ball that is easier to see and find? Fortunately, golf wise, I live in drought-stricken California. I have a few rounds in this season and have not missed yellow balls. However, there will be a time this season I wish I had yellow. If Titleist markets a ball that improves every player's game, including high handicappers, then Titleist should expect some balls to go out of play, or at least be difficult to find. The cynic in me says that is the plan; more lost balls equals more golf ball sales! I went to a local Team Titleist Pro V1 launch event in early February. When asked about a yellow Pro V1, the Titleist rep said that Titleist has explored the idea but making a yellow ball would involve additional or different manufacturing processes. Since the 2013 and 2015 Pro V1s are more durable because of an improved paint process, Titleist should research the necessary steps to bring a yellow Pro V1 to market. People complained enough about scuffing that Titleist improved the durability. Maybe enough complaints about an easy to see optic Pro V1 will make it a reality. I am 50 plus and I love my prov1's. But as stated with age comes problems in keeping track of a white ball. I play NXT tour S in yellow 60%of the time especially when playing alone. I spend more money in a year on golf between me and keeping my grandson equipped than I dare admit. And I too would hit solely Prov1 if offered in Yellow. And while I hate saying it I will from time to time hit competitors offerings in yellow in search of a premium yellow ball and Cally is getting serious with the new Chrome. I really hope that Titleist realizes the need soon and I can start getting the preformance I want from a ball in a yellow color with ProV1 written across it.

Hello fellow TT'ers,
It seems like a lot of us would buy yellow Pro V's. I know I would be one. Here's hoping that sometime soon they produce a yellow Pro V. For now I will keep playing my white Pro V1x

Another vote for yellow Pro V1s. As I get older it is harder to see the ball when it lands.

Not sure what the issue is with Pro V1 in optic yellow. I played Pro V1's all the time but have switched to the cally Chrome because it does come in optic yellow. It's easier to follow the flight of the ball, MUCH easier to see when you get off the fairway, and performs well.
