I took a survey about the Loyalty program and raised the same concern that is was not clear how it would be implemented.  However, you may not have to worry about it unless you want to buy from your pro shop. Today I got email blasts from GolfSmith, Budget Golf and one other store - I can't remember which, maybe Dick's.  Each announcing that they were offering the loyalty program.  In fact, it is kind of bad marketing on Titleist behalf because it gives the appearance that the store not Titleist is offering the loyalty program.  I guess the long story short is that you can go on line or in store to those places and get the exact same deal being offered by the proshop without having to fill out any paper work.  I love Titleist and what they stand for but I really  think their marketing efforts need a lot of refinement for the modern era.  It is kind of sad that a big box store can do more easily what your local proshop is trying to do.  Good luck.  I am sure your local shop appreciates your loyalty but if you are in need of the balls quickly, I think one of the stores noted they could have them shipped in under a week.  It might take you longer than that just to get the proshop approved.  Namaste, and play well..... david

Thanks, I support my local pro shop as well he is a super guy. Where I am from we have horrible weather from December to normally end of Feb. so he closes the pro shop from Christmas day to march 1 and he heads south really I envy him in that aspect. Members merely sign in at the CClubs main office then and play until he returns. He has reopened for the season and I am sure the local Titleist Rep will get him what he needs. I have a decent stock to start the year so no hurry. But I do want to take advantage of such a great deal and am thankful to Titleist for making this all possible.
