Well, most of us are not normal, but many get to test balls. Titleist does seed new versions pre-release to primarily active contributors to this forum. Completing your profile and hanging around with those of us with serious golf addictions in the forums increases your odds of finding randomly delivered products including test balls. The next big testing round will be this fall for the Pro-V products. This past fall were all the newly released NXT/Velocity/DT balls.

Don, How do I know which of the 3 balls you mentioned was the test ball I received that were sent out last fall? NXT or Velocity or DT? I've played with the older Velocity, this ball was much longer. Hoping to buy more of the test ball I was sent. No markings on the 3 balls I have.

I test some proto type bales a month ago the square and diamond markings. Can you say what these balls names are? Would like to purchase some if I new what kind they are.

I received 3 test balls last fall. No markings except "test" in the middle of the alignment arrow. I had a hole in one in the last 2 years, so maybe that's why I got the test balls. I want to know what ball it was and if it is in production now. I want more of them! It's a great ball! Added 10-15 yards to my drives, feels great coming off of all of my irons, sticks on the greens and putts well. I never got a survey to rate it, but it's one of the best balls I have ever played with. It's frustrating to not know if I can now purchase it. Can anyone help me on this? I have called Titleist and have not had my questions answered.
