The lower flight comes from the much shallower dimples on the AVX which is why the clubhead speed is not the main factor.

Titleist doesn't ascribe any ball based on swing speed. Both the Pro-V1 and the AVX are deceptively long off of driver. I used to use Pro-V1x for the higher launch. The AVX is deceptively long on my mid-irons. These are my results with an 85-88 mph driver head speed. Higher launching shafts have done more to hit the ball higher than the effect of any ball. It always comes down to scoring from green to tee. For me, AVX is a little better than the Pro-V1 on approach and comes in yellow for visibility.

My driver swing speed is low 90’s. It is definitely longer than either ProV for me. I frankly don’t see a noticeable difference in trajectory off that club than the ProV1. The ProVX yes. The AVX is also giving me more distance off ALL my irons. The trajectory off of my AP1’s with the AVX is not noticeably different than ProV1.
But that’s just my observations so far...

May I ask where you’ve seen that sort of description? Everything I’ve read about AVX since back in the early trial period was much like Titleist’s current AVX web-page description (copied below). I have not read anything saying it is for certain clubhead speeds or stronger players or stuff like that.
