The Pro's were released in January, 2019 and typically would be released next in January, 2021. The X has the firmest feel and launches higher with a more controlled landing (less roll). The V will have about the same total distance but with a lower launch and a little more roll on landing. Being a softer feel, players may prefer feel over some better spin with the X. ...Or not. Since the 2017 release, more pros are playing the V than prior to that release. The V was giving up distance off of driver before the 2017 release. Which one you use is personal. Performance/feel around the green and the "window" the ball flies will be your call. Unless a Trackman fitting indicates you can gain 10 yards or more off woods and irons with the other ball.
