I know it's hard enough to get 2020 ProV1s but it's been 2 years so the newest models must be dropping soon. Any body get any test balls yet ? Also, anybody have any info. on the latest (2021) models and any changes ?

Had a chance to test out the new for 2021 New ProV1x and as a regular user of the ProV1x line I was really excited about the major improvements.
First, the ball has a slightly higher launch angle than the current version. I noticed this both off the tee and the longer irons.
Second. it was actually softer than the current version. This really was noticeable when putting which I was very excited about.
Third, the spin rate around the green for chipping and on approach shots for "stopping" power was increased slightly. This really was great on pitches about 50 yards out where I could have two bounces and immediate stopping power. Great improvement!
Bottomline, this ball is going to be in my ball next year without question. It still has the same durability, and other great features! I just wanted to point out a few big positive changes. I did not notice any negative aspects.
Cheers, Chris

I spoke with a couple of players that had been testing the ball and they indicated it had a slightly higher launch, more spin around the greens and was slightly softer in feel. Hope that helps, Chris

Does anyone know if the left dash gets updated or it stays the custom ball that was created in 18? Will be curious what changes they make to the X and if I go back to it for the firmer feel putting and chipping or if I stay with the left dash that has lower spin off the driver
