Price - Titleist vs Retail

    Anyone know why ordering V/X on the Titleist site costs more than going to a retail store? I know it's $5 - $45 vs $39.99 - but adds up if you are going to get a few dozen for the price.

    My personal reason I purchase thru the web site so i can get personalized with one of the TT logos or special number set up.

    Titleist has always had a strong believe in supporting the retailer, especially the golf course pro shops. They do not want to undercut the set price for retailers and hurt their business. The few extra dollars for ordering direct cover the stocking and handling costs.
