I would suggest if they have it, a RIP 67 gram stiff exotic shaft. its in between stiff and extra stiff. You won't swing the same speed with your driver as you will your three wood. My dad swings 110 and uses this shaft in his driver except his weighs 60 grams. It will also give you a little higher launch angle which will when you are trying to get it to hold the green when going for long par 4's and par 5's.

The same shaft may be a good combination, since you like the feel in your driver.  The only thing to keep in mind is that you would be possibly looking for different launch conditions with your 3 wood and hybrid.  You may need a shaft that offers more spin and a higher launch then your driver, to allow for better stopping ability on the greens.
