What a great, truly open-ended question.  ANY of the Titleist irons might work for you, but I really encourage you - if at all possible - to go get fitted for your clubs.  More than just what head you choose, getting the right shaft, making sure the lie angle is right for you, grip size and type, all these things come into play when choosing "which Titleist irons would be best."  And it won't cost you a fortune.  With my fitting this January, my lie angle was changed, and I also have shafts that suit me better.  The difference was under $100 from off-the-shelf, and the wait time was under 2 weeks.  Really, do yourself a huge favor.  Go hit all 4 models.  At the outside, you might find you want to have your 4, 5, 6 be the AP2 and the higher numbers the CB or MB model.  It will be a great learning experience for you and you will have greater confidence in a set of irons truly "made for you."  It was the best experience for me, and I've been playing this game over 40 years.  (FWIW, Titleist: I love my custom 712MB irons!)

I had to go back and look at Cameron's response to virtually the same question to see that it came from Austin .  Depending on your current irons and experience with forged irons, AP1/AP2/CB will all be the right choice, based on your personal preference and ball striking.  Titleist sets are almost all special ordered, only makes sense to find a fitter at this time of the year that will fit you on turf outside.  There are no 2 year old sets left in inventory like some mass merchandized brands - demand the best for you.

I would try the AP2's or the CB's if I were you. And it is Titleist not Titelist. :))

    Get fitted if you can..

First of all, handicap doesn't determine what irons you'll use. Second, you should get fit. If you swing 95-100, shaft wise I would suggest a Project X Rifled 5.5 or 6.0. Iron wise, if you are a good ball striker, look at the CB's/MB's. If you're an okay ball striker than look at the CB's/AP2's. If you are a bad ball striker look at the AP1's.

Agreed with Nate. All handicap tells is you have some facet of your golf game that needs work or that you may be experimenting with. There are long hitters that struggle to play bogey golf mainly because their short games are atrocious. There is also some person that barely drives 200 and the highest iron in the bag is an 8 iron and yet this person carries a 6 handicap because he or she has a pro level short game and putting and knows what works for him or her with the hitting clubs (and has also learned how to work them). Most of the golfing population needs to be educated about a proper fitting. Too often someone will go to a place like Sports Authority and drop over 2 grand on a set of clubs with the standard makeup (1-3-5 woods, 3H, 4-9 irons, PW-SW-LW) and shafts that are way too stiff and wonder why they play so horrible; maybe a setup of 1-4-7 woods, 4-6H, 7-9 irons and the proper wedges would be more appropriate. This is especially important if you have a change in physiology or even the type of swing you use (mine is I gained an inch in height due to better posture, went to a more upright and compact swing, and have a slower swing speed these days).

Best advice is to try them out. CB or AP2 may be probably the most appropriate for yourself. MB would be the extreme player end (Rory uses them) and AP1 is in between player and GI. AP1s are cast and the rest are forged. I like AP1s (I play to a 12 but have a slower swing speed and use regular shafts). They are pretty workable.
