Sorry to hear about your meeting with the rock....The 710 AP2 7 iron won't be too dissimilar to the original AP2 if you cannot locate an original AP2 seven iron.  You can check places such as 3balls.com or iron finders.  Sometimes they will have singles that have been discontinued.

I just checked with our repairs department and the original AP2 5 iron head is another one that we no longer have.....you will have to use a 710 AP2  5 iron instead.  You can also check online at 3balls.com, ironfinders, or clubfinders to see if they have a single 5 iron.
