    Greetings

    Has anyone else had this issue

    I am seeing excessive wear on my P and 9 iron AP3 black

    I have only played about 6 rounds of golf and maybe a dozen times at the range

    Is it normal for the caoting to wear off that quickly?

    It seems kind of annoying for a new set of clubs to show that much wear, that quickly

    I understand that the black finish eventually wears off, but it would take a while to do that. Do you have any pics of the clubs in question?

    Most likely the P and 9 are being used more than 5i, 6i etc so they will wear more noticeably.

    Black edition irons look great in the marketing pics and the day you get them, after that they look tarnished and cheap as they lose their deep black finish to a faded metal colour.
