I just went through this at the end of March and my sticks are scheduled to arrive today! The solution for me was T-100’s 5-P. We supplemented with a U-510 4 Iron (22*) and a TS-3 Hybrid (19*). I contemplated a U500 to replace the 4 iron and a U510 to replace the 3 but the gapping just wouldn’t have been right. We could have bent them... but that changes the turf interaction and with the other solution... it just didn’t make sense for me. Aesthetically, I liked this better than the optics of the T200. End of the day, it’s personal preference... but the U series is a fantastic option at the top of the bag.

I just had a Thursday fitting. I'll be going 5-PW T100s 2°-flat PX 6.0 Shafts. I get plenty of height and spin so the T100s brought by 7i spin numbers and decent angle on target. Although I'll probably have to relearn distances coming from my MP-32's.

I hit the U510 and U500 and loved the forgiveness of the U510, I'll probably go with the U510 in the 4i and 3i 1° flat stiff shaft. Although - Why no shaft fit on the U series Titleist?

I was fit on the driver as well. TS3 8.5° 45" A-1 +2g Neutral Surefit weight. EvenFlow T1100 white 65 6.0. it gained me about 5 yards over my Epic Flash SZ which isn't huge but I honestly felt the TS3 was more forgiving and didn't go left-of-left on me.

I tried the blended set before, wasn't a huge fan and went back to a uniform set makeup. I played the 681 blades 2-PW for over 15 years. Switched to the 718 AP2's in the 3-5 and did 718 MB's 6-9. I didn't hate that setup and it worked ok, but put the T100's in the bag 4-PW all 2* strong (same specs as the T100S) and feel like i have better consistency through the bag with similar looks/feel/offset/trajectory. I could see adding a u500 or u510 as a long iron replacement, but personally keeping the set consistent has been my preference.

I’m actually in this predicament right now. Have t100s with project x LZ 6.5’s in 5-pw. Can’t decide what 4 iron to play - t100s / t200 or the 510
