Which TS Model?

    I am interested in maybe replacing my driver for one in the TS lineup. I have never owned a Titleist driver, but I am considering switching. I have a swing speed of around 90 MPH with 230 yds carry. I prefer forgiveness over distance, however I can't afford to sacrifice anymore than I have already. I prefer a bigger looking head as it gives me confidence behind the ball. Which of the four TS models would be the best match?

    I'd test both TS2 and TS3, TS2 will be a bigger profile, and more forgiving. I just got a TS3 however, and I am completely blown away at how forgiving it is. Both are 460 cc heads just different shapes. Either way Im sure youll be happy.

    I was leaning towards the TS3, but I will also consider the TS2.

    Frankly any view by us would just be a guess. Too many variables in the four head types, different lofts, different shafts, and flexes. You really should take all the advise and guess-work out of it and do a proper fitting. Free Titleist Thursday’s are available in many places but if there is not one near you, finding a certified fitter is really worth it.

    Trajectory is a key difference among the TS models. Have a clubfitter get you set up and try different models/loft as well as different combinations of their stock shafts. You can further dial it in by having the fitter set the surefit adapter to the best setting for you.

    I'd say TS1 or 2 but as previously mentioned, it's best to go to a certified Titleist fitter and not make a $400 mistake by guessing or listening to well intentioned people who have never seen you swing a club.

    Just wanted to say good choice in going with Titleist. Im sure youll find a head that best suits you.

    The TS line is one of the longest heads out there and reviews all over will confirm this. Just find a head shape (TS2/TS3 are both super forgiving) you like, a shaft that suits you and have no qualms about your choice.
