I ordered 5 & 6 T200, and 7-GW T100-S (all 1* flat)........2 weeks ago today, from my PGA Pro in England. He chased the order with Titleist a couple of days ago, and they said the T100-S heads are unavailable until 27 Aug, production of the custom order would commence then.
I don’t know if this is for all T100-S heads?, ie do Titleist just produce standard lie and then bend for the customer order?, or do they produce different lie angle heads?, and it’s just 1* flat that are on back order?

Titleist generally uses 2 head for lie adjustments. One designated as spec, and the other 2 degrees upright. With a +/- 2 degree adjustment, these can cover from -2 to +4 degrees of lie specifications. Sadly with all the disruptions in the supply system due to the pandemic, delays happen. Titleist tries to pessimistic rather than optimistic, when they supply an expected date. More often than not, the shipment will be on time or earlier.

Dealers, with the order number given by Titleist on placing, can confirm delays due to material shortages. Titleist doesn't do customer to factory direct for clubs, so they can't reach out to individuals. But your dealer can.

    Have you called Customer Service?
  4. I had mine 2* flat so that is very upsetting to hear, but frustrating not being given any information or updates at all

My order for T100S irons (6-W) came in just over two weeks from the order date. All mine are standard loft and lie, except the W, which was weakened from 48 to 49 to better gap with my remaining Vokey wedges (54 and 58). Put them in the bag today.

1 ordered 2 vokey sm8 wedges 1month ago and they have still not showed up. the only customisation was Nippon 120s shafts so nothing exotic. what is the current turn around time for custom club orders? I'm beginning to think the pro hasn't placed the order straight away.

  10. Recognize this is an old thread AND the impact of covid is still causing disruption but placed a custom T100 order in Oct, and still waiting. I was told Feb 16th they would ship (originally supposed to have before the holidays). Not terribly bothered as I live back east, but will be by March. Titleist website doesn't reflect a 3-4 waiting period for custom irons. Anyone else experiencing?

Yes, similar experience here. Apparently the ship date is 2/5, and order was placed 12/16. Was initially told it'd take 2-4 weeks.

I ordered a set of the T100-S irons in early November. My retailer now says Titleist is telling him a Mid-March delivery.
  13. I too ordered custom fit T100s irons mid-November and was told between mid-February to mid-March for delivery. The dates keep getting pushed back, though.
  14. I ordered a TSi3 driver and 3 wood in November and was told it would be February for delivery.
At the end of the day, they arrive when they arrive, there are worse things happening in the world than a delay in delivery.
  15. I ordered a combo set in November.
Standard lie with Modus 130 shafts.
    T100s (7-PW)
    T200 (4-6)

I was told estimated ship date from the club I ordered from was January, then pushed out to February and then March, and now April.

I have sent multiple emails months ago and no response. I’m about to just flat out cancel my order and never play Titleist again after this experience.

Certainly up to you what brand you want to play. As for the order, I would ask the person at your club that took the order to find out what component is driving the delay? The authorized reps will have points of contact as a direct email to Titleist may not get to someone with your specific order number. Could be the T100s heads, more likely the Modus shafts, or something else. Most of the current delays are due to component shortages, not assembly by Titleist. I know some people have changed shaft or grip selections for something very similar which has sped up the process. If you have that flexibility, you can have your rep make those recommended changes.

I’ve been waiting 5 months for my 3,4 irons to show up , they’re T200 . Checked with Titleist yesterday and they said that they may show up by mid June . Has anyone else had this happen to them . 8 months is a little ridiculous in my opinion.

  18. I have been waiting over 27 weeks for my T200 5-GW irons with Mitsubishi Tensei Red AM2 shafts ordered at a Titleist Fitting Day in September, 2021. At time of order I was given 4-6 week delivery estimate. Many delivery estimates quoted by Titleist since have come and gone. Latest estimate is late March which is next week though no confirmation. Keeping the faith!
  19. Ordered t200 5-gw with amt red shafts one inch short in late January. They arrived in 7 weeks. I wonder if it’s a shaft issue.

I’ve heard there is a shaft issue, I’m wanting to get fitted for new irons, but this has me holding off for now.

My 2021 T300 irons arrived yesterday. Just under six weeks from placement of the order. Thank you Titleist. I look forward to hitting them on the range later today.

I must have got super lucky, I order all my clubs in November and got the last of them a couple weeks back, my Phantom 5.5 and U505 3 iron were the only clubs I waited more than 4 weeks for. I order T300 5-pw 1.5" long, 2 Degree up right, TSi2 Driver and 16.5, U505 3 utility Iron, Vokey wedges in 48,52,56,60 same specs as the irons, and the Phantom 5.5 in 35". Went with the stock grips on the T300 and TSi2's, but went with the Vokey Platinum on the wedges and the Matador Black/Silver medium grip on the 5.5.

I also ordered Tensei Red AM2 shafts on T300 irons back in early September and am still without them. Multiple dates given that have all passed with no results, latest dates were March 18, then March 25 and no irons. Yes, it is a shaft issue as they are made in S Korea and the government keeps shutting everything down because of Covid-19. There are no other similar shafts through Titleist that are made anywhere else. Very frustrating!
