  1. What is the best graphite shaft to help get a higher launch I want to order a set of t300s but I'm not sure of the shaft

Only a fitter would know for sure. Anything we suggest may be a no better guess than you could make.

Both graphite and steel base options in the T300 are higher launching. The T400 uses the same steel shaft but a lighter graphite option. Depending on your clubhead speed (driver head speed more or less than 90 mph) may indicate that the T400 could be an option if less than 90 mph. That's just the empirical answer and may have no bearing based on your swing.

Everyone here will jump all over you to go get fit, but to simply answer your question, the Tensei Red graphite (or AMT Red steel) standard stock shaft is designed for a high launch and Titleist offers it after extensive testing in those T300 heads.

If you are looking for something custom (and likely much higher priced) there are other similar high spin/high launch options available from various manufacturers. At that point, it would be wise to try them at a fitter who has all or most of those options available.

Honestly, for the T300, if you need higher launch, the Tensei Red will most likely offer you what you need.

Sounds like you need to work with a fitter to get the correct shaft for the ball flight you are looking for.

I am 58 with a total replaced right hip. Needless to say I have a rather short backswing. I was fitted by Titleist. I needed help getting the ball higher. I was fitted with the Tensei red reg flex. My handicap is 11.5

Just had my fitting on Wednesday and it helped a lot! I was looking for T300 set to replace my AP1s with AMT red, regular flex. 68, 13 HCP and 93 swing speed.

I hit steel and graphite. Once the lie was adjusted, we eliminated steel. I liked the Tensei red over the fubuki 45, but then Brian, a great fitter at the Pinehurst Center, recommended I try the Tensei Blue. What a difference. Better track man numbers across the board and it gave me the height I was looking for and I was hooked. Yes, get fit, it makes a huge difference.

Agree with Doug. The Tensei Red is a higher launch than most steel shafts. I don't play it but one of my buddies does and it's fun to hit his clubs once in awhile. While a true fitting is a great opportunity, not everybody can get to a fitting and if you want to buy a set of clubs on your own without a fitter, you can still do it. And I'm sure Titleist acknowledges this and will be just as happy. Otherwise they wouldn't be stocking golf stores with their clubs with standard shafts.
