  1. I got a TSi3 about a month ago and have been working with diffrent settings. I just noticed today that the screws at the "drive" are wearing out quite abit for both the CG track and surefit hosel.

Am I the only one with this issue?

I notice the screws are attached to the CG track and the club head for surefit. Is there a way to replace them?

I have been using the Titelist torque wench.

    Cheers!

You probably aren't making sure the screw driver is all the way set into the screw before turning and torqueing it.
  3. yup i made sure of that, but noticed the edges started to wear very quickly throughout. my fitting session
  4. I noticed yesterday that I have a rattle or vibration in the "CG track" system of mine. If I could figure out how to change the weight, I would pull the current one and figure out a way to dampen the vibration. I've had my TSi3 driver weighting system completely apart(added a 2nd weight), but can not get the hybrid's apart.
  5. could it be that there is debris stuck somewhere inside? I don't have hybrids so I cant really comment on the latter. Hope u get it fixed soon!

I really don't think that's the issue. 99% sure it's the weight. I just need to figure out how to remove it.

It is the screw that secures the plate over the weight. Unfortunately the screw is incased in the plate. No other solution other than a new head. I've hit less that 10 balls with it and now Titleist says it will be 2-3 weeks for a replacement. Not very happy about that.
  8. Contact your local Titleist dealer, it should be covered under warranty IF there’s a valid problem. Don’t tinker with it you might compound the problem.
  9. The clubhead has been replaced and the new one has the same issue. I went to a local retailer who had 2 new clubs on their display, both still in the plastic and unhit, and they both had the problem as well. The club is the TSi3 #2 hybrid, and that's the only specs I have checked out. It's poorly designed.
  10. I just got a TSI3 head and have been messing with the track on the back as well as a lot of others and I had a little silver bushing pop out of the screw slot while moving the cg track weight around and I'm not sure why that popped out? Is this under warranty?
