  1. I got fitted a while back for some TSi's and by chance I was able to demo the combo (TSi2 9 deg/3W, both with HZRDUS SB RDX) at my buddies club on Saturday. Luckily for me the pro shop had them in stock because I was never using my epic flash combo again. I bought both TSi2’s before heading home.

Got to the course Sunday AM and only needed a few balls on the range before... I hit 7-10 shots and decided to wrap up with an *easy* swing of the new TSi2...

Naturally, my nice & easy swing ended up as a lazy pop-up blooper that went higher in the air than it did down the fairway. I looked down fully expecting to see some nice idiot marks, but instead I saw this:

I think the pictures and sales receipt from 2 days ago make a pretty convincing case that this is a defect rather than operator error, but looks like I'm out of a driver for at least 4 weeks.

I'm not a lawyer but if you admit that you didn't make contact directly on the face, it will be pretty hard to not call it "operator error". Ouch!
  3. Took my new Tsi2 Diver out today for first 18 of the season and my driver is experiencing the same symptoms, significant chipping at the top seam where the face meets the glossy black finish. Club performs great, I’m concerned about the build quality and longevity if this is day 1.
  4. Same thing here. I'm being told it's cosmetic and I'm stuck with it. Don't think I'll buying Titleist again, unfortunately.

I as well just took my TSI2 out for 18 today and took the headcover off to notice 2 paint chips down to the metal.
  7. My TSI2 paint has also de laminated in the same spot of face to crown interface 3rd round of play since purchased new.
