    Is puring recommended and does Titleist do it?

    Titleist does not recommend it. They do multiple inspections of shafts without purring the shafts during build.

    There are those that recommend it, particularly by custom club builders (that own the equipment). The other opinion is it is like buying an extended warranty with a new car purchase.

    Titleist neither recommends puring nor do they do it- that may tell you something!!
