  1. I was fitted for the t300s with true temper amt red s300 shafts. Ordered them on 10/15 after a couple weeks I was told they were going to ship on 11/8 which I was super excited about. Well after that time came and went I called my fitter and he couldn’t get any info from Titleist. Fast forward too today 12/7 was just told that they don’t have the shafts in stock and don’t have any eta on when I might get them. Thing that bothers me most is I can go on Amazon ebay and lots of other places and buy the shafts right now. So why don’t they order shafts from other places that have them in stock if they can?

Most shafts probably come in on those big cargo ships floating around off the west coast. Shortage issues have been around for several months, and most likely will be around for quite some time. Do you think ebay or amazon is going to be a reliable source? If so, why didn't you order clubs from them?
  3. Waiting on dynamic gold x100’s here. Was told 1/5 and that got bumped up to 12/28, then 12/13. I spoke to someone at titleist and it seems like they are waiting on one thing and told me to call back on 12/13 for another status update. Going to Scottsdale in February and would like to try and get dialed in as much as possible before then.

DG X100s appear to be an issue. I ordered August 10th and was once told I'd have them by Thanksgiving. Just called cause I haven't received the iron set and rep said soonest they'd get DG X100 is around Christmas.... so soonest my irons will be shipped is mid January. So it will be nearly 6 months since they took my $1,900 until I'll have the clubs in hand. They should throw in a dozen ProVs for my trouble.
  5. Weird they would update it twice if they weren’t on track. When I spoke to a titleist rep awhile back they said they were expecting shafts 12/12

Patients in life is just like patients in golf. It makes things better & more rewarding in the end.

Right now many many manufacturers are having a difficult time meeting demands on their products to either suppliers, vendors or stores in general. I know the wait is a burden but at least you have been given some information VS not knowing anything at all.

Hope they can get them to you & the masses soon, but wouldn't count on it. I seen where they are saying there is a shortage of Christmas trees it's everything we used to take for granted that we can't get these days.

    Hang in there,

I have a set on order and I'm not too worried about delivery status.
Just kinda forget you have anything coming and when it shows you'll be stoked!!!

Everybody everywhere is suffering. Patience is the the new normal. Builders are not getting materials to complete homes and just think about the person who is renting waiting on their home to be completed. Our neighbor is on month six of his renovation because he cannot get his appliances and materials. Juss like our custom clubs so are his appliances. Ordered a new pair of shoes two weeks ago, wear a 12W, will be March before, hopefully, they arrive. With my A personality, I have to just be patient and not to expect things so quickly with all that is going on in this world. I guarantee you that Titleist is doing all that they can to meet the customer demands. With all the orders they get, their supplies are depleted quickly. We all are in the same boat, but it is not sinking, only on a slow boat from China.
