Does anyone have experience with a blended iron set? If so, what are some positives/negatives you've experienced?

    Currently, I have 718 AP2s that I love; however, I'm looking for something easier to hit (T200s) in a 4 & 5 iron.

I have the T100s in 7-gw, and T200 in the 5/6, works perfect for me, lofts match up correctly. A little forgiveness in the 5/6 is helpful for me. I have the newest versions of each, so they blend in very well.

Blended sets are quite popular. Just pay attention to lofts. Depending on the club, you may end up gaps to small, or too large.

I have the same setup as Robert J above but in the T100s, 7-PW only. The lofts from the T200 5-6 match up nicely with the T100s 7-PW and agree that the forgiveness in the 5/6 are helpful both in confidence and outcome.

I concur with everyone else on this thread. I just got my T100's in. When getting fitted in January, I tried the T200 3 iron, which was much easier to hit/get in the air. If I decide to add a 3 iron it will be a T200 for sure. Great points by the other replies re: lofts/gapping.
    Good luck!
  6. Anxiously awaiting my direct order from Titleist on a blended set, 5-7 iron in the 620CB and 8-PW in the 620MB. Delivery scheduled for this Monday. Currently have the 2021 T100S 5-PW which are fantastic but couldn't resist giving the combo set a go. BTW, I match this up with the U505 22 degree, so gapping is ideal and that club is quickly becoming a favorite for me.

Although the supply chain is challenging in the golf industry right now, I have found the service from Titleist to be outstanding and best in class.
