If you ordered through a local pro shop, they will be the only ones that can get you a status update from Titleist. If they call, they can find out if all of the components are available or when the missing ones are expected to arrive. Any of these dates are just estimates as incoming shipments have seen some significant delays due to port issues both in Asia and California.

Not sure why local shop told you 4 weeks but for irons/wedges standard estimate is currently 8 weeks(minimum) and 5 weeks for woods. I hope it gets better but there are numerous variables effecting the supply chain. Just be patient and you’ll be enjoying the clubs before you know it for a long time!
