I was fitted for a new Tsi2 driver in December and on July 2nd the shaft broke in half during my takeaway. I took the driver to my local golf shop who contacted the Titleist rep. He said they won't replace or repair the club under warranty because of the location of the break. They claim that is due to it being pinched or bent. I've not had them on a plane since March, played over 40x since that time. Seems to me this is poor customer service. Why spend $600 on a driver that breaks 7 months later? Does anyone have suggestions on how to get them to cover this? I'm not looking for a new driver just getting the shaft replaced. Seems like something they ought to cover.
