    I was fit for my TSi2 in May 2021, and have been using it for almost a year (took 10 weeks to ship...) and now it has a big dent on the crown of the driver head. I took my warrant claim through club champion as Titleist only deals with warranty claims from certified retailers, it was denied and they claimed that they only cover damage that is on the face or the soul of the club, they warranty nothing on the crown.

    I was recently fit for a TSi4 head on June 10th 2022, and the same exact damage is starting to form on my head in the exact same spot, I am a 10 handicap with ball speeds in the mid-high 190's with a consistent strike pattern. I am worried that the buckled material on the crown will keep getting worse until it's the size of the dent on the TSi2. Is it worth trying to go through the warranty for the TSi4 if they will just tell me they don't warranty crown damage on a brand new driver?

    Has anyone dealt with this before?

    There is a big difference between a dent that looks like it was made by striking something on the top of the club and a rise on the top that gets formed by the face pushing the crown up. Dents would likely be from the driver hitting the 3 wood when being put back in the bag or bounced around during travel. They can tell the difference. If you think it truly is a structural problem, of course, contact Customer Service and get their feedback. My experience is they are not out to cheat anyone and will do the right thing, up to a certain point where obvious damage is not their fault. Best of luck and sorry for your situation.

    If you have ball speeds in the high 190's, you honestly shouldn't expect to get more than 6 months out of any driver head. There are very few players in the world with ball speeds that high. Long drive competitors go through driver heads like candy because the tolerances are so tight to get maximum performance, that the heads simply don't stand up to the excess speed. That's one of the drawbacks of having power unfortunately.
