Mr Clean Magic Eraser, and a little water, takes them off easily.

If they’re in the same area, leave them as a badge of honor!

Leave them! The go away over time but are good reminders of good shots, hopefully!

I just leave them, they come and go and I'm not going to worry about them. I'll clean the face with the wet end of my towel every so often standing on a tee if I'm bored.

  10. I have been having big issues with ball marks across the face. My old TS2 just washed off with warm soapy water. The TSR2 is very stubborn . Neat washing up liquid , some hard rubbing , rinse repeat several times and just acceptable . 4 rounds played ! Titleist UK know about . I am waiting to see how the next few rounds go but not impressed so far for a £500 driver.
Now positive driver is great , longer , straighter so let’s hope that I get this face issue resolved.
Hope some elbow grease answers both our issues

After every round I use warm water & a little dish soap and if it comes off great, if it doesn't then I dry it off and place in my bag for the next round.

I only use wooden tees. I occasionally use white wooded tees & found I only leave marks on the face when I am swinging down at impact instead of up. If I leave one swinging up it is at the very bottom of the face & doesn't bother me.

After a season I usually don't have much paint left on the bottom 1/16 of the face (mostly wear from playing) so I don't worry too much about it.

    Use natural wood tees.

Not a fan of white wooden tees with a driver. Evolve Golf Epoch Golf Tees for me. The ball seems to jump of the tee much better and I get better distance and control.

WD40.... Use clear glazed wood tees!
  16. I find a little bit of acetone takes it right off.
  17. I use this. Works well.

  18. If you rub them enough with just a wet towel they come off eventually.
  19. They wear off over time and you'll add more. I use to use a magic eraser but now I only use standard non painted wooden tees.

Automotive cleaner/wax takes care of it nicely. It also adds a layer of protection to your metal and graphite shafts.

Hey Art, I was a Titleist fitter and we told by R&D to use nail polish remover. It works fantastic and had it at every fitting event! Take care!
  22. I would NOT suggest Magic Eraser. It is an abrasive cleaning pad. Having said that, i have never had a tee mark on the face or sole that wouldnt come off with water and a towel.
