  1. Anyone recently got your clubs? I ordered T200 5-GW and 52.08 wedge both with Fubuki MV IR(L) shafts last week and wondering what would be the "real" estimate time to be shipped.

In the website, the lead time is 2 weeks.

Assuming the shafts and selected grips are available, the website lead times are reasonably reliable. Allow another 4-7 business days for shipping if not on the west coast. Not to mention this is the holiday season. Both shipping and factory holiday shut-down work against the 2 weeks. Pre-COVID, the ball and club plants would be closed now until January 3. So it might be 4 weeks/10 business days to ship.

I special order Titleist clubs regularly in my job managing a high-end golf course Pro Shop. We are authorized Titleist dealers. Over the past few months, delivery times have been excellent for most clubs. Usually about two weeks. However, specifying even one out of stock component for a custom club or set could lead to delays.

Ideally, I recommend ordering through a Titleist dealer (like a Pro Shop) with direct access to a live, in-house club expert. They can usually tell you if all components are in stock and immediately available, as well as the expected ship date for most orders. Ordering through a big box store will typically not get you that info because most of those order through their Titleist B2B online portals and never speak to a live person during the ordering process. I rarely order without speaking to someone who will give me all the info I need.

Lately, ordering Titleist clubs and receiving them in such a timely manor has been quite satisfying. Far from the days of madness during the '21-mid '22 supply chain collapse.
  4. I ordered after a fitting TSR3 9.0 Head with a HZRDUS RED 50 6.0 CB shaft and a standard White Top Golf Pride Tour Velvet grip.

It has been almost 5 weeks now and my Pro tells me there is no update on projected delivery time on the Titleist Australia system (the order shows but nothing else).

Is this what I should expect as this is the first product I have ever ordered from Titleist and to be honest I am not that impressed so far.

I'd say the lead time is pretty accurate on the website on when they ship the product. It was quick to build my iron set but I guess they send them all at once and not when they're ready (logistics & supply chain wise this probably makes the most sense for them). Give everyone the same lead time that way they stay on top of things and organized.
  6. Was just looking at ordering new irons, but the T100S is up to 12 weeks lead time! The standard T100 is only at 2 weeks. Wonder why that is…
