  1. My current setup at the top of my bag is a T300 5 iron graphite then a 21° H1 hybrid. I hit the 5 iron about 185 and the hybrid about 215 would I benefit more from a U505 4 iron or a different lofted hybrid? I launch the ball moderately high. My next club is a 5 wood.

I play 23* and 19* hybrids after my 5 (also a hybrid). They are 816 H1's. I don't hit them as far as you do. The 5 (27* 818 H1) goes about 160, the 23* goes 170-175 and the 19* goes about 185-190. That all may change after I go for my fitting in August though.
  3. I would suggest going for a U505 4 iron. Given that you hit your 5 iron about 185 yards, a 4 iron could potentially give you a little more distance, maybe around 200 yards, which could help fill the gap in your distances. Plus, since you mentioned that you launch the ball moderately high, the U505 4 iron, with its lower loft and more traditional iron-like design, could give you a penetrating flight that could be useful in certain situations, such as when you need to keep the ball low under the wind.
That was what I would do.
However, if you don't like it, alternatively, you can also consider a different lofted hybrid, perhaps one with a loft between your current 5 iron and 21° H1 hybrid. A hybrid with a loft around 19-20 degrees could be a good option, as it could potentially give you a bit more distance than your 5 iron while still providing a higher launch and forgiveness of a hybrid))
