  1. I had a great fitting on July 17th and was advised I would have my T150's in 3 weeks of fitting. It has now been over 7 weeks and I have not received my clubs. Customer service advised me after 3 weeks that heads were going through inspection and the clubs would ship out in about a week, which did not happen. Followed up again and was told they would arrive last week, but no luck.

Is anyone else having delays as this experience isn't great?

It is always hard to respond to a question like this when the post does not include their geographical area. There are 5 assembly plants across the world and all have different volumes/issues. Overall, the popularity of the T150 was underestimated and the supply of heads quickly ran short. This will take a while to catch up as Titleist will not forgo high quality standards and cut corners to expedite availability. Once the initial surge of demand levels out, things will be back to normal.
  3. Nooooo! 2020/2021 all over again?!?!? I’m on week 4 of my waiting game. Fingers crossed…

New release backlogs and the COVID problem is not really a fair comparison. Every new release has an initial backlog. The last generation T100 outsold the T100S model so I think there was just an unexpected demand for the T150. All other models are moving fast. The T150 heads are the issue and Titleist will not compromise on quality and cut corners to get them faster. They will be well worth the wait.

Three weeks on a custom order. Great service. Hearing mixed reviews on delivery, based on styles. There is no cookie cutter delivery time. Like any product that is custom made, delays can occur. We do want it done right, or at least I do.
  7. I got my T200s in a week and a half!! And I can honestly say they are the best irons I have ever hit! I went through all the big manufacturers and saved this line for last and the first shot there was no question. And its the same on the course when taking divita with the perfect bounce and vibration dampening they are insane
  8. Did you order directly or through fitting center
    Waiting for my t150 too
  9. Mine were ordered August 10th and they have shipped just got confirmation
  10. Things can change with inventory of heads, shafts, grips etc... I would ask Titleist what is causing the delay and consider a replacement...especially if you have an exotic choice.

    Cheers!

I’ve heard of some delays due to certain heads be short on hand.

People forget the demand is huge for Titleist. The shaft combination could be a problem as well. And quite frankly, there's no guarantee your order was placed right away, or if your fitter is in good standing with his account. I've been down that road too. They'll get there and be great as usual.

Great update on my T150 order... Ordered through pro shop on 8/29. Titleist quoted 3-4 weeks due to slight backorderon T150 heads. They were completed and shipped in only two weeks and two days. If anyone os curious, the were built with Steelfiber i95cw.

The Titleist mnachine is running on all cylinders!! :)
