    I would like to install a Ventus blue HB 8 velocore in my tsr3 Hybrid Do you know the recommandation for tip trimming ?

    What loft, depending on the finished length, the recommended tip trim is different. 18 to 20 degrees is .5", 21-23 degrees is 1", 24-27 degrees is 1.5", any more than that it is 2".

    Contact Fujikura and give them the specific club information and they will get you the general tipping recommendations. They are pretty good people there and are the best source for a standard build with their shafts. I have dealt with Chad Embry there and he can help you better than us.
