Interesting that this question keeps coming up, even after numerous explanations that there is no standard answer. There are 5 assembly plants across the world and each one will have a slightly different lead time. Since every set is essentially a custom set, there are times when someone orders a shaft or grips that are not on the shelf at the assembly plant. Those orders require more time for components to be sent from their supplier. There have also been high demands on some heads for maybe the T150 could be waiting for restocking while T100 and T200 are available. Your best bet is to discuss with your retailer or pro shop when you order your set to get a rough idea of the timeframe based on your order and known circumstances. Great news is nothing is as bad as the COVID delays so you should be enjoying your custom set fairly quickly.

Dale is correct. Even in one country the delivery time can vary based in inventory for your individual set, not what was available for someone else ordered several days before or after you.
These sets are not being sold out the back door at a deep discount. As you would negotiate a fitting fee, your dealer owes you updates. Titleist knows when the components are available and schedule the build. They also know when the set comes off the assembly floor. Your dealer has the order number assigned by Titleist on order. They should provide updates as their service to earn your business.
