  1. Just got my GT4 driver. I love everything about this driver. It is definitely more forgiving than the other 4 models and my spin went down tremendously.

    Thanks Jim and thanks Titleist.

I finally got to take of the plastic and test the GT3 driver and GT2 wood on Sunday and they were fantastic!! The ball flight and distances were amazing. Too good actually as I rolled into traps that I'm usually short of. The dispersion was great as well as mishits stayed on course whereas with my old driver, they would've gone OB. Can't wait to get more rounds in with them!
  3. I was not feeling overly confident with the driver brand I had been using for years. Hit several on a simulator at my local golf store. Didn’t care to change ad none felt any better. The heads were too big for my liking and the shape was not one I particularly cared for. Read about the new GT drivers. Looked at a few and got on the simulator with them. Again, just not for me. I read about the GT4. Looked at reviews. I liked the sound of the smaller head. My local shop had one on order but they weren’t getting one in. Dropped by one day and asked if it had arrived yet. It came in that day. I liked the looks! Started hitting on the simulator. Immediately it felt great! Distance was outstanding as well as dispersion. It came with a stiff shaft but they plugged in a regular. Even better! It went home with me and I am liking it even more each time I play. Distance isn’t too bad for an old guy and I am hitting more fairways. Great job Titleist.

Picked mine up today , can’t wait to use it on the weekend . GT2 fitted by local fitter
  6. I have gamed my GT3 now for 3 rounds and am absolutely in love. My fitter did an amazing job and has it dialed in quite well. Went with the Xstiff shaft and has truly changed my game. Gained some extra yardage and speed as well. Been playing Titleist for years and I have to say this line is by far superior to the others. Great job guys.
  7. Love my GT3. I had a TM R7 that I hit well so never upgrade for many years. Finally, was time to get fitted and see the difference between the GT3. Night and day not only in the numbers but in my confidence off the tee box. Gained 20 yards carry and about 6mph ball speed. Smash factor with R7 was 1.45 GT was 1.44. The biggest improvement was confidence on the box with the club in my hand! Can’t wait to receive my T100s and GT 3wood. Great job Titleist, always exceeding standards.
  8. I love my GT3. Switched from a PXG driver. Fitting experience was fantastic and have gamed it a couple rounds so far. The feel is completely different in a good way. It’s my first Titleist driver since playing in college, and I can’t express how much I’ve missed the Pear shape.

The biggest thing for me is mishits go so much further than even the TSR2. I am playing the GT3 now.
  10. Played a course on Sunday that i play regularly with a group. I had the shortest approach shots I've ever had on several holes, even the guys in my group were surprised where I was ending up.

I haven't had the time to test the new GT's but I've seen the numbers and it has impressed me. Currently I game a TSI 2 @9.25 and my 3 wood @14.25. I play a T200 2 iron @18 just because I love a low flight and I definitely love the dispersion I'm getting with it. My misses with the driver is short of what I'm normally hitting it. My usual is about 275 total and 260 carry, the miss is about 240 carry but with very little spin, contact is roughly the same, little towards the toe but vertically on the face, its center. Has changing to the GT helped anyone with this issue?

I had been eyeing a TSR2 driver this summer. Is it worth buying a GT2 vs buying a leftover TSR2?

Absolutely loving my GT3!! It has really helped my shot dispersion.

Love the new GT3. Wasn't sure I wanted to upgrade from my TSR3 because it was the best driver I hit in years but there is something different about the GT series. The buttery feel on every strike is unreal. I guess some players would want feedback when they mishit but I don't care if the ball is straighter and longer. The GT series is the best driver I have hit in years after playing the SIM, Stealth, and TSR3. I don't know how they will be able to top this lineup.

    Ayr,

Just got a fitting by Roddy Spence for a GT2, great experience and would highly recommend, good gain in distance from my TSR. Cant wait to get out on the course with it.

I have just been fitted for my GT2 and I can feel the difference straight away. The confidence of knowing that you’re going to hit it straight, makes for a more accurate picture in your head of landing zones.
Obviously time will tell over the coming weeks but early signs are incredible.
  18. GT3 - dispersion is crazy tight

I got fit for a GT2 a couple of weeks ago and so far it has not disappointed. Paired with an AD-IZ 5S it makes for a very consistent and great performing driver for me. I’ve only played a couple of rounds with it but the results so far are very impressive. I got the GT2 5 wood as well and it has been a solid performer for me too! Great job here Titleist
  20. Had tsi3, then r3, and loved to GT2. Very pleased I put my ego aside and went with the 2 model over the 3. I have streaks where I’m dialed on the center of the face but we all have those slumps. And I haven’t felt like I’ve lost any speed or distance going to the more forgiving model. If anything I’ve gained because it is a pure fairway finder. And the sound…it doesn’t get any better.
  21. Went through the last few models of TM drivers before making the switch to the GT3 and man was I glad. Spin and launch has been amazing and my shot shape has been a lot more consistent. This one may stay in the bag for a few years
