Huge shout out to Titleist for outstanding customer support. My T350 7 iron developed a rattle in the head., so I contacted Titleist and was immediately issued a return authorization for repair. I live fairly close, so rather then ship the club I brought it to Carlsbad. I walked in the front door and was greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly, and she then called a repair tech up to talk with me so he could address the issue. He stated that there was no problem at all repairing it, but due to the upcoming holiday there could be up to a two week timeframe to get it back. Well, I’m happy to report that I received the club today that they shipped back to me, which was less then one week since I dropped it off. Beautiful repair with a new head that had the original matching serial number on it that matches my set.
I was already a Titleist loyalist for their club innovation and performance, but this just is another reason I’ll play Titleist for life. Bravo!
