Increasing the loft 0.75 degrees will move the face of Titleist wood from slightly open to slightly closed. I’ve only ever reduced a fade by hosel adjustments. Time with a pro to tweak my swing was more effective for hitting a draw.
This will affect the geometry of the lie and launch conditions. These may not be positive effects. But, yes, I have tried many settings but usually go back to what the fitter specified.

Your path will answer the question best. What is causing your current ball flight, and what it your ultimate goal? It's a combination of a few elements, that's where a good fitter/teacher comes in handy. I naturally draw everything, if I set my Driver/Fairway to draw bias, I'm hitting a hook, as my path is slightly in/out. Figure your consistent path first, then your preferred flight, then play around a little. Seek help, that's the safest route.

Good question. Yes. I am someone who does draw the ball mostly, but fades it when needed. I have played UP in loft, either up 0.75 or up 1.5 depending on spin needs for years. This effectively makes the face slightly closed to the target. I mess around with the weights on occasion, but have had the best success trust the draw more when I know the face is already square, to a hair closed when swinging to the right. If you try this, and you hit a few towards the toe, it may actually help to get the weight towards the toe to help the CG not allow you to lose ball speed, while maintaining the draw. It is always fun trying new things with the driver.
