Damage to Tour Bag

    Hi Guys,

    I have already asked this question but got no reply's so I thought I would chance it again.

    I got a Titleist Tour bag this year but one of the zip slider broke, I know it is only a little thing but it is something that is bugging me, can anybody tell me in the forum community or Titleist themselves tell me where I could purchase a new slider for a Tour Bag.

    Your best bet would be to contact customer service.

    Hey Karl,

    You probably can't just order a new slider but you could send the bag in for repair.  It may even been covered under the warranty.  I would shoot a message to one of the moderators or call the customer service number.

    If it's under warranty, I believe 1 year, they are good about taking care of the issues quickly.
