I have really bad arthritis in my knuckles on both hands. I have gone to using gloves on both hands to help with my grip. I've thought about going to a Winn style jumbo grip to help as well but am so hesitant to move away from my beloved Tour Velvets.

Any other sufferers either using gloves on both hands or have taken the plunge and changed grips?

    I would appreciate thoughts.

Golf Pride makes a jumbo grip. My wife had her clubs all changed over, she likes um and they are holding up like steel.

Have you considered midsized Golf Pride New Decade MCC grips? Don't have arthritis, but have been using them for a few years now and love them. Might be helpful for arthritis.

The skin on my hands cracks like crazy and I am constantly fighting deep splits in the skin. As a result, I often use two gloves when the splits are on both hands. It is much worse in dry weather and winter. I have not noticed much of a difference (swing-wise) when I use two gloves as opposed to just a left hand glove. My contact is usually pretty consistent. When it is not, it is usually not a consequence of wearing two gloves. Just poor swings.

I originally went with Winn Grips for the softness. I'm now moving to the mcc+4 for the lower hand fullness. I had tried the midsize Winn Grip, and you might like that.

I would look at changing grip size for sure, that will help take some pressure off your hands while giving you more feel than you would have with two gloves.
