    Hey TT,

Curious as to the life expectancy of the staff stand bag?? I got it first Christmas last year and unfortunately do not have any purchase info. I played about 90 rounds or so this year and walk about 85% of my rounds. I noticed tonight this rip in the bag and the fact that the legs no longer seem to "snap" back into place when picking the bag up. Is this normal or should I reach out to Titleist CS?

  2. The life expectancy is always "how" well you take care of it. I have had bag last one season that I was "hard" on weekly and others that have lasted years that I took care of...so the short answer to your question is "it depends". I will say Titleist products are very high quality and they do stand behind their items.

I figured they would. I'm very very meticulous with my equipment. I don't even let my clubs sit in the car over night lol. I'm a little obsessive over my gear. Everything gets cleaned after every use so I was a little surprised to find the tear. Also found one of the little rubber things fell off the zipper. I was just curious as to if it's something TT could help me out with or if I need to reach out to customer service.

Ask Chris mentioned two things I have to agree. "The life expectancy is always "how" well you take care of it." and "Titleist products are very high quality and they do stand behind their items."

In my opinion, if something is going to be defective from the manufacturer it would normally occur within the first 30-60 days.

I have a Titleist Stand Bag that is in great condition from about 2002-2003 along with 975 Driver/Woods, 762 Irons and Vokey Wedges (which are the most beat up). I walked, pushed and rode with it for many years. No issues or real wear at all. I played anywhere from 60-70 rounds a year with that set for about 10 years. The only thing about the bag is that it's faded from all of the use and being in the sun so much.

Right, I agree with you that things will last longer if you treat them well. Like I said above I'm very meticulous about my gear and clean it after every used. Everything is stored in the house and not in my car. I was just posting this to see if it was normal to have a rip in a seam on a bag that's been used less than a year and not a full season, and if it wasn't who to contact and where even tho I unfortunately don't have any purchase info because it was a gift.
  6. Hi Jim,

If your staff stand bag is less than one year old please take it to your local authorized Titleist retailer and have them contact our golf bag customer service team. They will be able to arrange for a warranty inspection and communicate replacement options.

Let us know if you have any issues.

I believe there is a one year warranty on bags. I had a problem last year with 2 zippers on my stand bag. It was 9 month old at the time. Titleist told me to take it to retailer. The retailer replaced it with a brand new bag. Titleist is a very classy company with excellent customer service.

Just have to update here. Brought it to a local CC that I've done a lot of business with and he made a call to Titleist for me. They replaced it with absolutely zero issues and even allowed me to hang on to my bag till the new one came in so I wasn't bag-less! Thank you Titleist!!
