Lightweight Cart Bag - Mystery Pocket

    I just received a new red/white/blue Titleist Lightweight Cart Bag and couldn't be happier! My TT bag tag looks so sick on it.

    I was transferring my clubs, balls, etc. from my old bag and noticed a "mystery" pocket. I can't figure out what it's for! It is held shut by a magnet and has a small hole with a skinny pocket on the outside of it. See the picture...

    Anyone have any idea what this is for?

    unless I've been mistaken all this time, I believe it's for a pen/pencil. But be careful, If you slip a short pencil in, it's hard to get out...

    I use it for a sharpie pen to mark balls.

    Thanks all! Sounds like I'm the only one that didn't know that, haha. I've never carried a sharpie in my bag but guess I need to from now on since I have a dedicated pocket!

    No - The sharpie goes in the hole (clearly marked) outside the pocket held closed by a magnet-but what is pocket designed for? Just bought the bag and sharpie guesses are wrong. Thanks -
