It’s raining here in New England. Again. And it looks like it’ll be raining all weekend, too. Around here, if you want to get your rounds in, you have to be willing to play in some tough weather conditions. This year I threw a new item in the bag that’s been a life-saver - a Titleist DriHood Towel, part of the Titleist Essentials and Elements collection.

As soon as it starts spitting, I drape this hood over my club heads and everything stays dry - most importantly the grips. The top side of the hood is waterproof, while the underside is microfiber towel. Because it’s protected, you always have a dry towel to work with.

Because I usually carry my bag myself, I’ll only take an umbrella along if I’m playing in a real downpour. I’ve always been a fan of Titleist’s double canopy umbrella, but lately I've been thinking about getting a new Premier Umbrella.

Has anyone tried one out yet? I like the idea of a lighter umbrella that will flip back if the wind blows it inside out. Might be easier when you’re serving as your own caddy.

I’m curious how other TT members deal with golf in the rain. Are there other products from the Titleist Essentials and Elements collection that work for you? Please share any other tips you may have, too.
