I've got a 2016 Stadry black and red cart bag, I have an issue with the carry strap, the spring latch on the clip at the top of strap has come loose so much that strap now frequently comes off the ring on the bag, I've noticed that on the new 2017 version of the bag the clip looks a lot more robust than mine, is there a way to get a replacement strap?

Also the zip on the rain opens in such a way that when the bag is on a trolley the zip opens away from you, only when the bag is on a buggy does the orientation of the zip work, a friend on mine has the 2016 bag but the zip on his hood opens in the 'correct' way for use on a buggy, how can I get one of these please as currently it's quite awkward
