I recently received my TS3 driver,9.5 Project X Even Flow 6.5X 75G after being fit by Vince Young here in Atlanta. I had to wait a couple of days to hit it due to weather. After 4 swings, I heard a rattle in the head. It turned out that the weight insert (+4g) was making the noise. I removed the weight and shook it and it continued to rattle outside of the driver head. A call was made to our rep and a new weight was sent out overnight. It all appered to be fine in the package. Inserted it into the driver and...5 swings later there was another rattle. I removed the weight and it rattled worse than the first one. It is like there is a weight sliding back and forth inside of the capsule. The pro at the club has emailed the rep, but my question is....is this normal? All of the demos and retail drivers in the shop have standard weights, so there is nothing to compare it with that is the same item. Is it possible we have just encountered a bad batch of +4g weights? The pro has put some epoxy into the first weight just to see if that helps. Will that change any of the setup and performance on the driver?
Any input would be appreciated. I am dying to get this driver onto the course, but not going to swing it without knowing if there is any chance of damaging the driver.
