  1. Can someone please explain how the straps for the stay dry bags should be installed or preferably send me a video with instructions.

They are not at all intuitive and continue to come loose during rounds of golf.

I'm actually thinking of returning this bag as the straps are not good to use. Thanks.

Sorry to hear you are having a problem. Your pro shop or retailer should have been able to help you. There might even be a YouTube video out there, i haven't checked. See if this helps... The connectors next to the wider part of the pads are the top. They should go in the right side upper and lower clamps. they cross below the pads through the round plastic holder and the bottom right connects to the top left clamp. The top right connects to the bottom left. Adjust the length to fit your body size. I prefer might to be adjusted where the club end sits a little higher so no clubs will fall out.

Are they sliding out of the clamps or are they just coming out of the round plastic cross holder? If the cross holder is your issue, try installing the strap where the strap on the solid slats goes over the strap on the gaped slats (if that makes sense). That's where they are designed as "quick release" but if you aren't needing to convert to single strap very often, not necessary. If sliding out of the clamps, that's very unusual. I always wrap the extra length around the bottom of the clamp and tie them off so the loose ends are out of the way. that would also help keep them from slipping out.
